Hot Stone Massage

Heated stones & oil are skillfully used in this massage to warm muscles. This relaxes muscles and increases blood flow to areas which accelerates healing. Clients can request light, medium or deep pressure.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage uses gentle techniques to help alleviate some of the discomforts associated with pregnancy. Prenatal massage can help improve circulation, promote stress reduction and relaxation, and much more. Patients should check with their doctors and a doctor's note will be required prior to receiving treatment. Please note we do not perform prenatal massage during the first trimester of pregnancy.

Chair Massage

This massage is done fully clothed in an ergonomically designed massage chair. This is ideal for people on the go or anyone who may feel uncomfortable disrobing.

Corporate Massage

We offer on-site chair massage for your business. Chair massage will keep your employees happy, healthy and stress free which in turn makes them more productive. LaVida Massage will design a package to fit your company's wellness plan or special event.

Reflexology

This is an ancient oriental technique where pressure is applied to specific points on the hands and feet. These points or energy routes known as meridians or channels directly correlate with your body's organs to promote wellness.

Cranial-Sacral

Gentle, non-invasive holds on the head, neck, spinal column and sacrum (tailbone) that stretch and decompress these areas. This procedure corrects the imbalances in the cranial-sacral system and restores health and balance.

Trigger Point Therapy

Concentrated pressure is applied to irritated areas within the muscles, breaking cycles of spasm and pain.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy massage incorporates the use of volatile plant oils, including essential oils, for psychological and physical well-being. Essential oils can affect the mood, alleviate fatigue, reduce anxiety and promote relaxation.
